It is a nice, mature environment. It is in close proximity to shopping and a nice pleasant stroll to the beach.

I would tell them that it's "not a bad place to live"! I would tell them "maintenance is usually done promptly and efficiently and the amenities are very good. Many improvements to the property are taking place and have been taking place for well over a year now." I'd like to think that many of the improvements are being done with the safety and convenience of the tenants, as well as, with the profitability of the owners in mind. Suggestion: During the massive renovations, INCLUDE a bathroom ( if not two) in the Community Room. Thank you

This place is so far decent, there have been a few set backs but over all i am pleased

Too many dogs, tenants use trash cans to dispose of dog waste, sidewalks and neigbors grass used as dog patches for waste, many do not pick up after dogs. Only reason I would refer friends is if they had pets.

I am concerned about wood floors being installed in upstairs apartments. I believe this creates a noise problem for downstairs neighbors. Carpeting helps muffle sounds, which is something that is very much needed with a complex this large with so many people living in close proximity to each other.

I love my apartment.
